Great night at GHS. Girls soccer shut out North Marion 1-0. Volleyball took down a sectional opponent, Frankfort, 3 to 1 on the match. Boys soccer is still on the field but are tied up 0-0 at half against Morgantown. I also caught a glimpse of the cheer squad supporting volleyball. 💛💙

Today is Aviation Industry Day at GHS. It’s purpose is to introduce students to different aspects of the aviation indistry and it’s presence in our area. This includes airport operations, aircraft fabrication and maintenance, and fields of study in the aviation industry. Thank you to all businesses that attended.

Seniors- local companies are sponsoring a full ride scholarship for ONE Class of 2022 Senior to attend Davis and Elkins. In order to apply, you must have a 3.25 GPA or higher and submit an essay to the committee between 500-1,500 words describing how you will pay it forward to the state of WV if you are selected for this scholarship. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity if you are eligible.
