There was a huge turnout for senior Paint My Space today. They will be finishing up throughout the week, so if you enter the student lot, please be cautious of wet paint. Stay tuned for pictures of final masterpieces. If you're around the school, you should go take a walk and check out all of the creativity. Funds raised from Paint My Space go toward activities and rewards! If there's a senior still wanting to do this, you have not missed the opportunity. Stop in the office and sign up for a spot.

Bus Schedules are now available. You can find them located on the TCS App under Documents -Transportation or from the TCS Website.

Dear Parents and/or Guardians,
As we prepare for the forthcoming school year, I wanted to clarify that, while you may feel inclined to donate items for your child’s school and or classroom, please know that this is not a requirement of any student or his or her family.
Any lists of “School Supplies” that you may see or hear about should be interpreted as helpful information about the kinds of items that are typically found useful within particular grade levels during the routine operations throughout the school year.
Therefore, please know that “Recommended, yet Not Required” would be the best way to interpret those messages/signs, etc., appearing on social media sites and through other means.
We understand, and appreciate that you, our citizens of Taylor County, are already contributing to our school system in several ways through your continued support and passage of our Excess Levies that include line items for such things as School Supplies.
I hope this information is helpful.
Sincerely,
Dr. John E. Stallings, Jr.
Superintendent

As we enter into another year of athletics, we are blessed at Grafton High School to have a full time athletic trainer. The minimum requirement in state code is a limited trainer for high school football. Not only did Taylor County Schools honor my request to fund a full time AT several years ago, but we have been lucky to find a trainer. In today's world there are not near as many trainers as schools in need.
Beyond all of that, at GHS we don't just have any trainer. We have Ms. Sarah Weaver. The best trainer!💛💙
Thank you AT Weaver!. Thank you for the countless hours keeping our student athletes healthy and safe.
