Band Family, Our popcorn will be delivered tomorrow, ahead of schedule! Since this is short notice for some, I will have two possible pick-up dates and times. You may pick up your popcorn at the following times: 1. Tomorrow (2/28) after school until 5pm. 2. Thursday (2/29) after school until 7pm. If at all possible, please try to pick up your orders on Wednesday, this way we don't take up the band room space for too long. You may park on the band room side of the school (near the pavilion). Thank you all for this successful fundraiser!

Help us make this year's TCMS Scholastic Book Fair a fantastic experience for our students. We need help from volunteers each day of the fair to help restock and neaten our displays, to greet our students and help them find items, and to help our shoppers navigate the checkout process. Our fair runs for an entire week, March 18 - 22, and on Tuesday March 19, we are open until 5:30. If you have a few hours available to help us during the fair, please contact our Family Engagement Coordinator, Mrs. Sabrina Maynard. She can be reached by email at sabrina.maynard@k12.wv.us or by text at 304-687-6517. Thank you!

The Taylor County Board of Education is currently developing options for the 2024-25 school calendar. Options being considered include a week long spring break OR two long weekend breaks during the spring months. Also under consideration is a possible shift in Grafton High School graduation dates due to timing of other breaks and requirements set forth by the WVDE. A public hearing is scheduled for February 27, 2024, at 5:30 at the Taylor County Board of Education to discuss the school calendar options as well as the Non-Traditional Day Plan (NTID). If you have concerns or questions, please plan to attend or email Jenny McCarthy-jmccarthy@k12.wv.us for calendar concerns/questions OR Helen Roberts-hjroberts@k12.wv.us for NTID plan concerns/questions.
