As we get close to finishing our first successful week of school, we want to let everyone know that we have a lost and found area. Every Friday, it will be emptied and the items will be donated to a variety of charity organizations. During the week, we encourage students to go to lost and found if they have missing items.

📢 Attention Parents & Guardians
As we begin the new school year, please remember to complete and return your child’s Emergency Procedure Card as soon as possible. It is very important that guardian phone numbers and email addresses are accurate and up to date.
This year, the new WVEIS Parent Portal will be launched to replace LiveGrades, which was discontinued this summer by the WV Dept. of Education. Accurate guardian email information will ensure you receive parent/guardian access to your child’s academic progress/ information.
Emergency Procedure Cards will be sent home with students on the first day of school.
✅ Please return cards promptly so we can keep you connected and your child safe!

During the August 19th Board of Education meeting, members of the American Legion Post 12 of Grafton presented the Board of Education with framed copies of "In God We Trust" photographs, the result of a collaborative project involving Legion members and Ms. Nicki Skinner, to be displayed in each of the school system's facilities. Of special note regarding this gift is that the photograph of the American flag used to create the signs was taken of the flag that once flew above the Grafton National Cemetery. Special thanks to our local American Legion Post 12 members!
