The last chance for senior make up portraits is Monday, November 14. If you do not get a senior portrait, you will not be in the yearbook. This is NOT the same as pictures on underclassmen day. Come dressed in dress shirt, sweater, shirt and tie, etc… You may also elect to wear the wrap or dress shirts Lifetouch provides. If you have questions, see an administrator Thursday.
The West Taylor Elementary School PTO is hosting a Parents Night Out on December 2nd from 6pm to 9pm and they are looking for high school volunteers who would be helping to chaperone a movie and game night for elementary students (pre-K to 4th grade). See graphic for contact info

In just 5 weeks, GHS will celebrate Computer Science Week with a special, "Bearcat Hour of Code" event on Wednesday morning, December 7.
We're seeking community members, parents, alumni, and/or local businesses with related skills, careers, and interests for breakout sessions for our grade 9-12 students.

First Community Bank of Grafton visited Grafton High Business and Marketing classes this morning. Many topics were discussed, but the main topics were checking accounts, credits, and how to maintain a good credit score. Students enjoyed the presentation made by Lisa Pride, bank Manager, and Brooklynn Perks, Teller.

Chase designed the Turkey Trot artwork for race advertising and the event t-shirt. His Mothman designs have been submitted for the WV FBLA Pin Design contest. The pin design winner will be announced at WV FBLA State Fall Leadership Conference next week.

Thank you to Ms. Dalton for organizing another successful Sugar Rush at GHS. Thank you to all the groups that participated and to the football team for assisting with set up. Congratulations to the FBLA for winning the coveted first place trophy. It was great to see our Bearcats giving back to our community!
