Continued Hispanic Heritage Month celebration







Spanish students are celebrating the Hispanic Month
They worked on a project about the countries from Central America - students cooked authentic dishes as from Honduras Macheteadas, baleadas, chinos, and pan de coco /coconut bread.
From Guatemala pan de plátano/banana bread, and hilacha . From Nicaragua Picos and Cosa de horno and pinolillo From Panama 🇵🇦 pastel 4 Leches, cocadas and chicha de limón. From Costa Rica pastel 3 leches.











We are collecting snack and drink donations for the homecoming dance on October 21. This allows us to provide snacks and drinks during the dance at no cost to the students.
Anyone who would like to donate, please contact Drema Gainer at 304-669-7462 to let us know what you would like to donate and arrange for drop-off. Thank you.

TCS Announcement:
Thursday, October 19th will now be a 2-Hour Early Release for all Taylor County School students. Staff will be attending various meetings and trainings within the schools.


The 2023 Homecoming Queen ballot is now available for all Grafton High School students to cast their vote. Link has been sent out in Rooms and TEAMS.
Ballot closes Friday, October 20th at 9:00 AM.

Oct 11 - Chicken fajita wrap, corn on the cob and oranges
Oct 12 - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas and pears
Oct 19 - Pepperoni rolls, baked beans and apple sauce
Oct 20 - Hot dog, chili, baked beans, carrots and juice bar
