Planning to bring a guest to the GHS Homecoming Dance on Saturday, October 3rd from 7:00–10:00 PM? If your guest does not attend GHS, you must complete a Guest Request Form and receive administrative approval.
Guest Requirements:
• Must be at least in 9th grade
• Cannot be 21 years of age or older
• Must provide proof of graduation/diploma OR proof of current enrollment if they do not attend GHS
Forms have been emailed to all students and are also available on Teams.
Completed forms must be turned in to Mr. McCarthy by 3:00 PM on September 28th.
If approved, the form will not be returned. If denied, the form will be returned with an indication of denial.
